Opportunities are available in the following departments: Marketing, Operations, Travel, Languages, Finance, Media, Legal and Business Development.

Below is a brief overview of some of the tasks by department:

Marketing:

     -Research markets for brand extension

     - Learn contract development and execution

     - Assist in development of outreach methods

Operations:

     -Learn intricacies of event planning

     -Help to create timelines for events

     -Assist with management of competitive bid processes for contracted equipment and
          services

Travel Coordinating:

     -Assist with planning and researching of employee travel needs

     - Contact hotels, agencies, etc for quotes and rates

     - Create spreadsheets to organize travel by race

Legal:

     - Learn importance of policing a company brand

     - Assist with monitoring and research of unauthorized use of brand(s)

     - Docket information, draft letters, create and/or maintain data sheets, etc.

Timing:

     - Help manage race week logistics

     - Organize shipping, tracking and receiving of timing equipment

     - Assist with managing multiple race databases in Excel and Access
