The International Total Challenge is accepting applications for International Sports Ambassadors (ISA). ISAs are responsible for pre-qualifying, registering and facilitating qualified individuals to compete in the 2013 International Total Challenge. ISAs are independent contractor positions with significant time obligations during the annual ITC tournament lifecycle.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • If an organization, must have been in existence (in good standing) and operational for a minimum of five (5) years in the country of choice.
  • If an individual,  must be at least 21 years of age and a citizen BY BIRTH of the country they are applying to represent;
  • Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sports events, event promotions and/or business;
  • Must be able to read and write in English (or able to secure a translator recognized by an international translator accrediting organization);
  • If an organization must be able to identify a representative who possesses (or be able to obtain) at minimum, a U.S. B1/B2 visa;
  • If an individual must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. B1/B2 visa;
  • If an individual, must have no criminal record or have been found liable in any civil claims for fraud or ethically-related claims. Minor traffic violations not involving alcohol or drug use are allowed;
  • Must be familiar with (or have access to professional services) familiar with the country’s civil laws and international travel requirements.

Naturalized citizens (minimum of five years) from any country are eligible for the position, but must be able to identify an individual who meets the above criteria and who is currently residing in the prospective country. In addition, you and your local-based partner must complete an ITC partnership agreement.

COMPENSATION: ISA compensation (is a combination of a base package (DOE) + sponsorship overrides from national and international sponsorships + tournament performance bonuses (based on your team’s performance) + tournament bonus share.
